It's my first week back at work since Miles was born and to spice things up and make us sweat a little, he went out and caught chicken pox! Where does a 6 month old get chicken pox???? I have no idea, but it is NOT fun! These pictures were taken about day 3 or 4, and they have gotten worse before getting better. We have lost count at this point, but he is covered! Poor guy is uncomfortable (although he was still all smiles for the camera), so we hope this passes soon! Elle and Brooks were both vaccinated, so their chances of contracting it are slim. Please pray for quick healing so that he is comfortable and so that we can get back on track with our normal schedules!
Despite this small detail, work trainings are going well. School starts on Monday for the kids! We are all a bit sad for the Summer to end, but optimistic that this will be a great year! Stay tuned for first day of school pictures on Monday!

Poor Miles...Poor Meg. So sorry to hear about the chicken pox and what horrible timing. Glad to seen him smiling:) Hang in there and good luck with the start of the school year!
